Meditation classes

At this moment I conduct several classes of meditation.

If you are interested in meditating, I offer you individual classes or groupal classes, as you prefer.
Along them together we will align with our Higher Self, our heart and the Earth; we will learn how to calm down our mind through different kinds of breathing; how to be at peace, get rid of thoughts, and learning to silence our mind while listening to our heart and body ; to be present and conscious of ourself; and much more!

They can be conducted in English, Spanish or Catalan.

We are One

All beings of the Universe are multidimensional energies that can unfold as marvelous spirits walking an evolving path of Love.

Between them, Mother Earth and all Nature unfold before us as wonderful beings, sometimes hidden to our physical eyes. But, in fact, they are here, ready to be discovered once more for what they really are... Sacred Love.

And together with them, we are here, in this beautiful and still undiscovered planet to learn the deep meaning of Love; to discover and experience what we really are; to pulse together with all things: minerals, plants, trees, animals, rivers, mountains, air so human beings can become One again with all living beings existing on the Universe and create It consciously...

Because we are more than a 3D beings...

We live in a multidimensional place named Earth...
